Fault reporting

If the fault is small, contact Internal Services. For example,

• change of lightbulbs and strip light tubes

• if the common photocopiers or printers run out of paper or toner

Major faults should be reported to the building services contact person, for example

• ventilation faults

• faults in fuse boxes

• windows that can't be closed

• doors that are usually locked, or door problems

• wrongly parked cars

• blocked drains

• faulty light switches/power outlets

• faults with gas and compressed air plants

• inspections

• snow clearance, sanding

• lawn care, patios and other outdoor areas

• lifts/elevators

• leaks

• heating, cooling, ventilation, water, drains

• recycling centre
